Recently, we are trying to revamp one of our client's homepage with SEO, and we have tried to put the related keyword in the "title" tag, but this round, we want to do a little experiment on the importance of the "alt" attribute.
Surprisingly, we found that some of our page rank high to ten something within a week after googlebot visit. This wonders us that does ALT tags matter again in Google again, or Google has rebuilt its own ATL index. Actually the ATL index is sort of rumor in the net without any proof of it. Anyway, we are now trying to use some competitive keywords and try to verify the effect of ALT again.
